After 37 Years, Whitecotton Walks to Victory

By CASEY JUNKINS Staff Writer WHEELING — After 37 years of competing in the annual Memorial Day weekend race through Wheeling, city resident Terry Whitecotton claimed his first victory during the Ogden Newspapers 5K Walk on Saturday.
